Beauty and the Bees! An Evening Plant and Seed Swap + Sustainability Fair

Join members of Mt. St. Joseph’s Beekeeping and Sustainability Clubs and Patapsco Heritage Greenway educators as they demonstrate sustainable gardening practices!

Learn about beekeeping, hydroponic gardening, and agroforestry while sprucing up your garden and meeting fellow plant enthusiasts! And to make Earth Day Eve, even more spectacular, we will also be rolling out our new seed library!

And don’t forget, the co-op market will be open! Shop local - from vegetables to grains, dairy, meat, condiments, snacks, household items, and more! We’re waiving our $5 non-member fee for the evening, so take advantage of this great opportunity to shop with us!

 (To participate in the evening’s swap, simply bring labeled seeds, cuttings, or plants. Please refrain from contributing any invasive species or expired seeds.)*

They say tea is best shared with a friend. What better way to start our 2026 CCM Annual Meeting than over a warm, soothing cup of afternoon tea and scones with fellow members! Connect with friends and colleagues on April 18 and discover how we’re making a difference in one another’s lives through our shopping and ownership of the Coop.

Learn about business operations over the past year and the steps we’re taking to not just stay afloat but thrive. This is the perfect opportunity to make your voice heard and have a meaningful impact on our business!

Members and their families are welcome to attend! The Coop will provide the tea, but we are asking members to bring their favorite afternoon sweet (or savory) accompaniment made using ingredients from the Co-op!
